The aluminum profile is an aluminum bar that is hot melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials of different cross-sectional shapes. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, etc.).

Aluminum profiles are divided into uses according to their use:
1. Industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in aircraft, trains, industrial radiators, automobiles, electrical appliances, etc.
2. Aluminum alloy building profiles: mainly used for building doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and aluminum profiles for building structures.
Aluminum profiles are divided into surface treatments:
1. Anodized aluminum material: The surface of the profile is anodized, electrolytically colored or organically colored.
2. Electrophoretic painted aluminum: The surface of the profile is treated by anodizing and electrophoretic painting.
3. Powder-coated aluminum: The surface of the profile is coated with a thermosetting organic polymer powder.
4. Fluorocarbon paint sprayed aluminum: The surface of the profile is coated with polyvinylidene fluoride paint. At present, the commonly used heat insulation profile is an aluminum alloy profile that adopts a strip-type or cast-in composite.
Key indicators:
1. Appearance quality: The surface of the anodized profile is not allowed to have electrical burns, oxide film peeling and other defects affecting the use; the paint film after electrophoresis, powder, fluorocarbon profile painting should be uniform, neat, smooth, not allowed to wrinkles, cracks Bubbles, flow marks, inclusions, and paint film shedding affect defects in use, but allow partial filming within 80 mm of the end of the profile. The appearance quality of aluminum alloy building profiles affects the architectural decoration effect. Therefore, the surface of the factory profile must have a film to avoid surface scratches, bumps and corrosion during transportation and stacking. Some aluminum alloy building profiles in the market have similar water-like and moldy spots, reflecting the defects of the production process.
2. Wall thickness: The wall thickness of the profile is one of the main factors affecting the strength of the workpiece. The main profile is the force part in the project. For example, the minimum nominal wall thickness of the main profile of the outer window shall not be less than 1.4mm.
3. Film thickness: extruded aluminum alloy profiles, the surface corrosion resistance is not strong, surface treatment must be carried out to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of aluminum. The thickness of the anodized aluminum film is divided into AA10, AA15, AA20, AA25, and the thickness of the electrophoretic painted aluminum film is divided into A. B. S, the minimum partial thickness of the coating on the powder coated aluminum surface is ≥40um, and the thickness of the lacquer layer on the decorative surface of the fluorocarbon paint sprayed aluminum is different depending on the type of coating. The average film thickness of the second coating is ≥30um, three coating The average film thickness is ≥40um, and the average film thickness of the four coatings is ≥65um.
4. Chemical composition, mechanical properties: The technical parameters of chemical composition and mechanical properties of different grades and supply states of aluminum alloys are different. Customers should check one by one against the standard (contract).
5. Color and color difference: There are differences in color and color difference between different grades and alloys. It is recommended to consider the influence of color and chromatic aberration inconsistency on the building structure when selecting the alloy grade and the supply state.
6. Salt spray corrosion resistance, wearability, weatherability, mortar properties, etc.: This is an important technical parameter of aluminum alloy profiles, reflecting the performance of aluminum alloy profiles and affecting their use.
