(1) Pure aluminum: Pure aluminum is classified into high-purity aluminum, industrial high-purity aluminum and industrial pure aluminum according to its purity. The welding is mainly industrial pure aluminum, the purity of industrial pure aluminum is 99. 7% ^} 98. 8%, and its grades are six kinds of L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6.
 
(2) Aluminum alloy: An aluminum alloy is obtained by adding an alloying element to pure aluminum. According to the processing characteristics of aluminum alloys, they can be classified into two types: deformed aluminum alloy and cast aluminum alloy. The deformed aluminum alloy has good plasticity and is suitable for pressure processing.
 
Deformed aluminum alloy can be divided into anti-rust aluminum according to its performance characteristics and use. <Deformation aluminum alloy can be divided into anti-rust aluminum <LF), hard aluminum (LY), super-hard aluminum (LC) and wrought aluminum according to its performance characteristics and use. (LD) four. Cast aluminum alloy is divided into four types: aluminum-silicon (AL-Si), aluminum-copper (Al-Cu), aluminum-magnesium (Al-Mg) and aluminum-zinc (Al-Zn). .

Aluminum grade:
 
1××× series: pure aluminum (aluminum content not less than 99.00%)
 
2××× series: aluminum alloy with copper as the main alloying element
 
The 3××× series is: aluminum alloy with manganese as the main alloying element
 
4××× series: aluminum alloy with silicon as the main alloying element
 
The 5××× series is: aluminum alloy with magnesium as the main alloying element.
 
The 6××× series is an aluminum alloy with magnesium as the main alloying element and Mg2Si phase as the strengthening phase.
 
The 7××× series is: aluminum alloy with zinc as the main alloying element.
 
The 8××× series is: aluminum alloy with other elements as the main alloying elements.
 
9××× series: spare alloy group
 
The second letter of the grade indicates the modification of the original pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the last two digits indicate that the last two digits of the grade identify the different aluminum alloys in the same group or indicate the purity of the aluminum.
 
The last two digits of the 1××× series are expressed as: the percentage of the lowest aluminum content. The second letter of the grade indicates the modification of the original pure aluminum.
 
The last two digits of the 2×××~8××× series have no special meaning and are only used to distinguish: different aluminum alloys in the same group. The second letter of the grade indicates the modification of the original pure aluminum.
 
 
 
Status of aluminum and aluminum alloys:
 
Code F×× is: free processing state
 
O×× is: annealed state
 
H×× is: work hardening state
 
W×× is: solid solution heat treatment state
 
T×× is: heat treatment state (different from F, O, H state)
 
 
 
H×× subdivision status:
 
The first digit after H indicates: the basic handler for this state, as shown below.
 
H1: Simple work hardening state
 
H2: work hardening and incomplete annealing
 
H3: state of work hardening and stabilization
 
H4: State of work hardening and painting treatment
 
The second digit after H: indicates the degree of work hardening of the product. Such as: 0 ~ 9 means that the degree of work hardening is getting harder and harder.

According to the rolling temperature, it can be divided into hot rolling, warm rolling (medium temperature rolling) and cold rolling.
 
According to the mill arrangement, it can be divided into single-stand rolling, semi-continuous rolling and continuous rolling.
 
 
 
Aluminum roll thickness classification:
 
Thickness greater than 80mm is called thick sheet
 
Thickness 4 to 80mm is called thick sheet
 
A thickness of 0.2 to 4.0 mm is called a thin sheet.
